Do I need to code?
No. Describe what you want in everyday language. Webster generates and updates the project for you in Develop.
What is the difference between Develop and Production?
Develop is your workspace preview — safe to break and iterate. Production is the live site after you publish. Preview example data does not copy to Production.
How much do credits cost?
Webster Credits cost €0.01 per Credit. The same balance covers AI, images, compute, database usage, and storage. See Credits & Usage for the public rate table, Pricing for plans, and Account for your actual balance.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Set a Webster subdomain first, then add a custom domain via CNAME instructions in Launch settings (Publish).
Is Webster GDPR-ready?
Webster targets EU hosting and clear data separation. Read Privacy & GDPR and our site Privacy policy.
Can my team help on a project?
Invite them as Viewer, Editor, or Admin (Teams & roles). Editors use the owner’s Webster Credits.
What if generation fails?
Preview stays on the last working version. Use undo or revision history, then describe the issue in chat (Undo & redo).
Can I leave the waitlist site and use the product?
The marketing site collects early access signups. When Webster opens for your account, sign in at the app URL you receive by email — Help articles describe the full builder flow.
How do I cancel?
Open Account settings → Subscription & billing → Cancel subscription. Your access and published sites follow the terms shown in the cancel dialog.
